Cappelletti tortellini machine Dominioni Punto & Pasta complete two molds, one for tortellini and one Cappelletti.
Mold 1: Dominioni catalog - N° 27 - Pinzati
Mold 2: Dominioni catalog - N° 36P Customized
The machine is fully functional and overhauled. It was produced in 2008 and has worked so far without problems. The machine comprises a compartment for the filling, a roller for loading the pasta and two pairs of supports trays. It has a predisposition for the pneumatic system for the insertion of the filling (installation not included). I sell it for inactivity. For further information please contact us.
