lt is a production line composed by a crepes making machine model C4 with a cutting unit to split the continuous crepes strip into 4 rows and a forming and cutting cannelloni unit in 4 lines. The machine C4 produces a continuous crepes strip which is divided into 4 rows and any type of filling is deposíted on every single line, dispensed according to need through nozzles with variable diameter ranging from 17 to 22 mm. After rolling through rotating drums, cannelloni pass under a cutting unit managed by pneumatic control and are cut at the desired length through a timer. Machine can produce simultaneously cannelloni with two different filling types as it is equipped with two filling hoppers. The filling dosing is adjustable separately for each row, through electronic system with inverter. Machine parts in contact with the product are manufactured in stainless steel or in aluminium EN AW 6082 T6. The control panel is at machine side and it is manufacturing in respect of all accident prevention regulations in force. For the machine working process it is necessary a 3 HP air compressor with tank of 100 litres.
