Description
Calling this machine "biscuit machine" (cookie machine, for USA) is reductive, as the MBS 70 biscuit machine is actually a screw extruder for filled and non-filled, sweet and savory products, capable of producing biscuits and any other type of gastronomic product with a round shape, spherical, cylindrical or quadrilateral with a capacity of 70 kg/h per vat. It is an ideal machine for small workshops, gastronomies and catering who wish to produce different types of products ranging from sweet to savory using a single machine, saving money and space. The double vat allows to produce two-color formats, one-color or one-color with filling, and it is possible to extrude granular material up to 1 cm in diameter. The extrusion takes place through the pressure in the tank of the pistons that press the dough against the extrusion screw to make the extrusion as homogeneous as possible. The MBS 70 is ideal for making filled round biscuits such as Grisbi, cookies, Maamoul, Kibbeh, as well as savory products such as rice arancini, gnocchi, stuffed canederli, meatballs, gnocchi, etc. Using a special die, with this machine it is possible to produce single-colored, double-colored or filled bars such as rectangular biscuits, energy bars and crackers which in this format must be cut by hand in length. Thanks to the rollers to be positioned on the conveyor belt, it is possible to further customize the product with surface decorations. The wide versatility of this machine allows it to adapt perfectly to production needs by creating one or more products tailored to the customer who determines the dimensions and characteristics of the product. The MBS 70 biscuit machine is equipped with a variable speed extrusion device, a variable speed filling injection device to set the desired amount of filling and a timed diaphragm cutting device. It is built entirely in certified AISI 304 stainless steel and all parts in contact with the product are easily removable for effective washing even in the dishwasher. Resting on four feet, it is suitable to be placed on a work table or on the trolley with wheels available as an optional accessory. Finally, the machine complies with the directives of the European CE standard.
