Fresh pasta maker TR 75
Description
TR 75 fresh pasta machine suitable for the production of various types of short and long pasta shapes, includes an electronic knife for cutting short pasta, a water cooling system, a fan for drying the surface of the freshly extruded pasta, a key to easily screw and unscrew the ring nut and a perforated pasta tray.
Simply insert the flour and liquids (water or water + eggs) into the mixing vat, leave to mix for at least ten minutes and then move on to extrusion.
The TR 75 is available in the classic version or with a structure entirely in stainless steel. The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use.
The machine is equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the connection cable to the electrical network is of the flame-retardant type.
The easy disassembly of the working parts allows access to every part of the machine for complete cleaning. The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life sealing gaskets.
The TR 75 does not include dies.
The purchase of the trolley, given the weight of the machine, is strongly recommended.
