Ventilated blast chiller with manual defrosting AS1104N/AS1105N available in the 3 tray model AS1104N or 5 tray model AS1105N, with AISI 304 stainless steel monobloc structure and scotch brite satin external finish.
The internal cell has rounded corners for better cleaning; the included tray supports (3 or 5 depending on the model) are suitable for cm 60x40 trays (purchasable separately).
The blast chiller includes a probe for measuring the core temperature of the product and has a micro switch on the door for the evaporator fan block.
Machine control is electronic with 4 operating cycles, while defrosting water must be emptied manually.
