Description
Complete line for fresh pasta pasteurization 250/300 kg of hourly production suitable for industrial pasta factories.
It includes:
- Steam pasteurizer for fresh pasta ( short cut, long cut, filled pasta) with automatic lid that allows better cleaning
- Stepladder
- Dryer heated with hot water batteries and steam
And also:
- Conveyor belt between pasteurizer and dryer
- Fans and heating elements used to dry the product
- 8 ways for inspection (4 on one side and 4 on the other)
- Electric control panel compliant with current EC regulations
