Description
B12 is a professional pasta dehydrator made in Italy with a great capacity. It is made with stainless steel tunnels and frames in order to guarantee the maximum solidity. Its electronic motor has 7 automatic programs and 5 temperature levels. The noiseless aluminum fan is made resistant by the ball bearings which guarantee its long-lasting. The integrated timer allows a working time from 2 to 48 hours and it also has the maintenance function.
The horizontal airflow system increases efficiency and respect for the product. The dehydrator B12 allows you to dry the pasta only superficially, in this way it will not stick when it is exposed or packaged. It is not equipped with the humidity control function, essential for a perfect drying of the pasta.
