Automatic short pasta packaging BG37IM-1 suitable for packaging and weighing dry and fresh short pasta up to 2 kg (weight/volume ratio).
The BG37IM-1 is composed of: 1 loading hopper, 1 loading belt, 1 electronic weighing unit, 1 vertical packaging machine, 1 pasta unloading belt, photocell, inert gas injection for fresh pasta, Teflon-coated and rusticated treatment of the parts in contact with the product (necessary for fresh pasta), printing date (thermal transfer on 3 lines of the production date, expiry date, batch), folding device for the bottom of the panel and spare parts set included.
The electrical system and functions are managed via touch-screen.
On request, a wide range of optional accessories is available.
The maximum adjustable height of the bag is 240 mm.
Average production of about 6/8 bags per minute depending on the product and weight.
For operation, the BG37IM-1 requires compressed air.
