Description

Double vat pasta machine La Monferrina P12 used a couple of times for laboratory tests within the company, the machine is like new and comes with a 1-year warranty. This automatic double vat machine has the particularity of allowing continuous pasta production cycle as it is possible to knead in the upper vat and extrude at the same time with the lower one.


TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

- 6 + 6 kg kneading vats
- Shaft and screw which can be disassembled for an easy cleaning and maintenance
- Automatic pasta cutter with speed variator
- Fan
- Stainless steel trolley with wheels
- Water cooling
