Plant for producing special fresh pasta, in like new conditions, used for less than 1000 hours of production.
Can produce 8 different kinds of spacial pasta:
- Orecchiette
- Trofie
- Combed Macaroni (Garganelli)
- Splitted Fusilli,
- Macaroni al ferro,
- Cavatelli,
- Sardinian gnocchi,
- Trofioni (large trofie)
