Machine for fresh pasta production made by DOMINIONI model D160 F.
This is a second hand machine used 4 or 5 times from 2004 to 2013, because we also have other machines.
There are three molds for the production of Cappelletti, Saccottini and Ravioli (suggested for Cappelletti and Saccottini).
Designed for soft fillings by using compressed air (compressor not included).
