Description
Professional pasta machine Lilly PF15E used for testing, suitable for extruding flour dough with or without egg in different formats. This press is characterized by a vat with a capacity of 1,5 kg and a safety microswitch on the lid, the latter equipped with slots that allow the user to insert the ingredients during the processing of the dough. The machine guarantees maximum hygiene since the parts in contact with the dough, easily removable for cleaning, are made of stainless steel. Suitable for both professional and domestic use. The machine includes two brass-bronze dies: pasta sheet die 135 mm with adjustable thickness and fettuccine 7,5 mm.
