Description

The ravioli machine PRS250 is suitable for the production of double sheet filled pasta, already cut and separated into different shapes by means of the special interchangeable moulds (to be bought separately). The PRS250 is equipped with a conveyor belt and has the possibility to adjust the amount of filling inside the ravioli. The ravioli machine can be combined with the RZ50 and RZ100 presses, and there is also a version with stainless steel with continuous filling hopper.

- Dispenser and mould for rectangular ravioli (70x45 mm), square (25x25 mm, 40x40 mm, 50x50 mm), round (60 mm diameter), triangular, crescent and knurled
