Pastry cutter roller for professional use made up of seven 85 mm diameter stainless steel toothed blades and derlin handles. The pastry cutter roller can be modified up to a maximum of eleven different cutting combinations thanks to thirteen derlin spacers and two convenient allen keys supplied.
