Description

Multi-wheel pasta cutter consisting of a wooden handle, a steel structure and two smooth brass blades 38 mm in diameter. The two smooth brass blades are adjustable from 22 to 116 mm, ideal for making tortellini, tortelloni and ravioli. The hand tool allows a precise cutting of the dough, is robust and easy to handle, suitable for both professional and domestic use.
