Description
Pasta cutter composed of a wooden handle and two smooth stainless steel blades, which are spaced to form a 28 mm wide track, with blades perpendicular to the wheels that allow the sheet to be cut into four squares at each turn. This pasta cutter is designed for the preparation of ravioli, tortellini and cappelletti, both for domestic and professional use.
