Description
Pasta cutter composed of a practical wooden handle and two smooth stainless steel blades, placed at a distance of 56 mm and are equipped with blades perpendicular to the wheels that allow you to cut the sheet into four 28x56 mm rectangles at each turn. This tool is suitable for both domestic and professional use, designed for the production of tortellini, cappelletti and ravioli.
