Description

Ideal cutter for the production of ravioli. The brass blade with a 38mm diameter and a 9mm thickness is perfect for cutting fresh pasta and sealing the filling in a single gesture. The dough cutter wheel is attached to a comfortable wooden handle, which makes the tool handy and robust.
