Description
Aluminum masher designed for the production of passatelli, suitable for both domestic and professional use. This tool is made up of a 90 mm diameter circular container with holes in the bottom which, through a crushing process, produces different types of dough. Also usable as a potato masher, this passatelli mould is available in three variants: with 5,5 mm or 7 mm holes and 6 mm stars.
