Description
The CS 19 is an automatic machine for the production of round crêpes with a diameter of 19 cm equipped with a temperature regulator.
It is particularly suitable for creperies, restaurants, ice cream store and hotels. The hourly production of the CS 19 is around 150 crêpes for hour.
For the creation of crêpes you can use different types of batter with sweet or salty ingredients, wholemeal flour, special flours etc.
