Description
Kett FV201 dry paste moisture meter designed to accurately measure the moisture of dry pasta once the drying process is finished. The measuring process is quick and easy: you have to to crumble a small amount of pasta and place it in the appropriate plate supplied, which will then be inserted into the device and in a few seconds the moisture value of the dough will be displayed. The device automatically averages 9 consecutive measurements with a humidity range from 9 to 20%.
