Pasta cooker with a 6 liters capacity of water, suitable for cooking pasta quickly, suitable for commercial establishments such as bars or activities that do not require to prepare large quantities of pasta. The stainless steel machinery is complete with four micro-perforated baskets, which are equipped with a practical handle. This cooker is equipped with special resistors with anti-rust treatment and has a tap for the discharge of water. The cooker has a control thermostat and a safety thermal protection, which prevents the temperature from exceeding the threshold beyond which you risk damaging the equipment. It is possible to combine the cooker with a larger basket than those supplied, or a special basket for steaming.
