Description
The B6 is a professional pasta dehydrator made in Italy with stainless steel tunnels and frames, extremely functional and compact (it guarantees 20% more space compared to another one of the same size). Its electronic motor has 7 automatic programs and 5 temperature levels. The noiseless aluminum fan is made resistant by the ball bearings which guarantee its long-lasting. The integrated timer allows a working time from 2 to 48 hours and it also has the maintenance function. The horizontal airflow system increases efficiency and respect for the product. The dehydrator B6 allows you to dry the pasta only superficially, in this way it will not stick when it is exposed or packaged. It is not equipped with the humidity control function, essential for a perfect drying of the pasta.
