Description
Monferrina P12 is a medium-production automatic double-vat machine, recommended for restaurants, farmhouses, pizzerias, delicatessens and fresh pasta sales and tasting activities. It is a highly reliable machine and is suitable for processing any type of flour/semolina and dough with or without eggs. The double vat allows for continuous cycle production as it is possible to knead in the upper vat and extrude simultaneously with the lower one.
With the simple change of the die it is possible to produce both short and long pasta and, with the help of the electronic pasta cutter, the production of short cut pasta becomes even faster. Furthermore, the water cooling system with which the machine is equipped also allows a continuos production without interruptions as the temperature of the extrusion cylinder and that of the die remain constant.
In addition to the pasta cutter, 4 standard brass-bronze dies chosen from the catalogue are included, as well as a trolley with fan and a perforated pasta tray. Additional dies, as well as special PTFE (Teflon) dies, penne dies, busiata die etc. can be purchased separately.
P12, thanks to its optional accessories, also allows you to produce double sheet ravioli (with a fixed mould thanks to the Ravioli Group 170mm or interchangeable thanks to the Multipasta) and/or gnocchi thanks to the Gnocchi Group.
Its operation is simple and efficient and changing accessories is quick and easy. It has an external structure in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the pasta are in stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with current accident prevention regulations.
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
Ravioli Group 170mm: it allows you to prepare perfect double sheet ravioli. The Ravioli Group has a fixed mold integrated into the machine and once the production format has been chosen (20X20, 34x40, 40x50, 70x70x70 mm), this can no longer be changed unless purchasing a new Ravioli Group.
Multipasta: thanks to the interchangeable molds, it allows the production of double sheet ravioli and noodles, as well as potato gnocchi in different formats. It allows adjusting the amount of ravioli filling and the thickness of the pasta sheet for Tagliatelle.
Gnocchi Group: it allows you to produce potato or flour gnocchi in different formats, even with additional components such as tomatoes or spinach. The Gnocchi Group works with a piston that pushes the dough into a cup (which determines its size) and is suitable for processing both fresh potatoes and preparations (flours or potato flakes). It is also possible to adjust the scoring depth of the gnocchi until you obtain a smooth gnocchi.
