Description

GN6 gnocchi machine is suitable for the production of ridged, smooth or chicche (small) gnocchi. The machine allows the preparation of gnocchi both hot and cold, is entirely made of stainless steel and the various removable components allow easy and fast cleaning to the user. The GN6 model is equipped with a control panel and an electrical panel, both complete with safety devices required by current CE regulations. The machine GN6 is complete with a special plate for the production of chicche.


OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

- Flour loader SF6: suitable for the recovery of flour, it is complete with a stainless steel structure and independent motorization.
