Description
Completely built in stainless steel, 4 holes, hourly production Kg. 120, electrical system 220/380 V - 3 phases - 50/60 Hz.
The machine is suitable for the production of flour and potatoes gnocchi, striped or plain and consists of:
- device that allows the production of two formats of gnocchi of various sizes
- structure made entirely of stainless steel
- processing block in stainless steel
- electrical panel and control panel of the functions with the respective safety devices built according to the current EEC standards.
All parts in contact with the product are easily removable to allow easy cleaning.
