Description
Kit designed for the production of 6 mm busiata pasta, compatible with P3 pasta machines. The busiata kit is composed of a busiata die with a diameter of 75 mm and a special electric motor equipped with a special pin that attaches to the internal mechanics of the die. The rotation speed of the motor is adjustable by the user and allows the degree of curling of the format to be modified.
