Description
Durable and robust delrin dough cutter / scraper, supplied with two wooden sticks for the production of smooth and ridged garganelli and gnocchi. The tool has an edge suitable for cutting the dough and side grooves that allow you to score gnocchi and garganelli. The scraper can be used as a tool to clean the work surface, while the rounded corner allows you to collect the dough during the production phase.
