The Imperia iPasta Ruvida Gourmet Copper (Cod. 5142) machine is a pasta sheeter featuring rough rollers for the production of a rustic textured sheet, perfect for enhancing the tasty flavour of sauces and gravies. Imperia iPasta Ruvida Gourmet allows you to roll out a 140 mm sheet of pasta up to six different thicknesses and is equipped with a “Duplex” cutter for the production of 6,5 mm Fettuccine and 12 mm Lasagnette. It is possible to prepare an infinite variety of pasta-based first courses such as spaghetti, tagliolini, trenette, pappardelle, ravioli, gnocchetti sardi and many other formats with the appropriate optional accessories (sold separately). This Imperia pasta sheeter is supplied with a work clamp that allows you to anchor the machine to the table and an elegant wooden box to store the machine after use. Easy to use and highly versatile, Imperia iPasta Ruvida Gourmet is available in three colors: chromed steel, black and copper.
