Description

Imperia Titania (Cod. 2190) is a manual pasta maker made in Italy and made of chromed steel to ensure its sturdiness and durability over time. Imperia Titania allows you to produce 150 mm pasta sheet in six different thicknesses, as well as two pasta shapes representative of the Italian gastronomic tradition: 6,5 mm Fettuccine and 2 mm Tagliolini. With the help of its accessories (sold separately), in just a few minutes you can create an infinite variety of pasta-based first courses: spaghetti, capelli d’angelo, trenette, lasagnette, ravioli, cavatelli, gnocchetti sardi and rigatelli. Imperia will amaze you with its extreme ease of use and great versatility.
