Description
P.Nuova is a pasta machine that combines a kneader and sheeter. It kneads the ingredients thanks to its 4kg capacity vat and produces a 170mm wide sheet of pasta, adjustable in thickness. With this machine it is possible to knead and sheet at the same time and, through optional accessories that can be purchased separately, it is also possible to produce tagliolini/tagliatelle/pappardelle, ravioli, gnocchi and extruded pasta.
Its operation is very simple and practical; it can be fully disassembled for a fast cleaning and maintenance.
It is made of anodized aluminium in its external structure and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel; it respects all accident prevention regulation in force.
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
Tagliatelle Group 170 mm: it produces tagliatelle in three different formats: tagliolini (2 mm), tagliatelle (6 mm) and pappardelle (12 mm).
Ravioli Group 170mm: it allows you to prepare perfect double sheet ravioli. The Ravioli Group has a fixed mold integrated into the machine and once the production format has been chosen (20X20, 34x40, 40x50, 70x70x70 mm), this can no longer be changed unless purchasing a new Ravioli Group.
Multipasta: thanks to the interchangeable molds, it allows the production of double sheet ravioli and noodles, as well as potato gnocchi in different formats. It allows adjusting the amount of ravioli filling and the thickness of the pasta sheet for Tagliatelle.
Press Group: It carries out the production of all kinds of extruded pasta by simply replacing the extruding die (there are bronze dies to get a pasta more rough and dies in PTFE for a more lucid and transparent pasta). Complete with a rotating knife cutter for short pasta.
Gnocchi Group: it allows you to produce potato or flour gnocchi in different formats, even with additional components such as tomatoes or spinach. The Gnocchi Group works with a piston that pushes the dough into a cup (which determines its size) and is suitable for processing both fresh potatoes and preparations (flours or potato flakes). It is also possible to adjust the scoring depth of the gnocchi until you obtain a smooth gnocchi.
