Automatic forming machine for tortellini and cappelletti FK 150

The FK 150 machine is an automatic forming machine for the production of tortellini, tortelloni, cappelletti and cappellacci, unique in the world for its ability to exactly match the closure by hand carried out as per tradition by the "sfogline emiliane". Forming machine with very small dimensions, it offers a great ease of use and a simple and quick sanitization. The format is changed by replacing the central unit and the loading unit filled with rods. The machine is electromechanical, the functional groups are mounted on wheels to facilitate positioning in a flexible production environment. The electrical and electronic control functions, in accordance with the modularity of the machine, are arranged in electrical panels directly related to the individual functions, connected to the electrical network. The control panel and operator interface, is fixed on a swivel arm and is the supervisor of all the functions of the machine and therefore also the help for diagnostics of the entire machine with the recall of preset menus of the various formats.
