Automatic forming machine for tortellini and cappelletti FK 500
Description
The FK 500 is designed for the production of tortellini, tortelloni, cappelletti and cappellacci. The closure of the product takes place thanks to an automatism that reproduces exactly the traditional closure made by the "sfogline emiliane". The machine is easy to use, can be sanitized quickly. Thanks to an innovative technology, it allows to work up to 93% of the dough, in order to reduce the processing waste. The forming machine can be inserted into a medium-sized production system. All parts in contact with the dough and the filling are made of stainless steel or non-toxic materials, suitable for food use.
