Description
Pastry cutter roller made of steel and wood, equipped with five 85 mm smooth stainless steel blades and comfortable wooden handles. This sheet cutter roller, suitable for both domestic and professional use, allows you to change the distance between the blades for up to six different cutting combinations. Together with the cutter roller, two allen keys are supplied which allow you to unscrew the roller rod and modify the cutting widths for the production of tagliatelle, tortelloni and tortellini.
