This single-sheet automatic ravioli machine uses a V-shaped sheet extruded by a special die specially created for this machine. The filling is automatically inserted inside the dough sheet which is then closed by means of a rotary mould that gives the desired shape according to the mould inserted. Practical, flexible and fast, each component in contact with the product can be removed to ensure an efficient and practical cleaning of the machine. It has different molds for shape and size. Thanks to the presence of the funnel, it has a practical system for adjusting the amount of filling.
