The RFV automatic ravioli machine is an electric single sheet ravioli machine suitable for producing ravioli in different formats. The RFV model uses a patented sheet with a V-fold for perfect adaptability to the shaping of the ravioli. The filling is automatically inserted inside the dough sheet which is then closed by means of a rotary mould that gives the desired shape according to the mould inserted. Practical, flexible and fast, each component in contact with the product can be removed to ensure an efficient and practical cleaning of the machine. It has different molds for shape and size. Thanks to the presence of the funnel (with Ø12 mm hole), it has a practical system for adjusting the amount of filling. 

The pasta sheet die is included with the Ravioli machine.
