Pasteurizer for fresh pasta long, short and filled suitable for small laboratories that want to store the product.
This pasteurizer with gas supply (methane or LPG) is easy to use and with pasteurization times adjustable from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Machine built entirely in stainless steel and complies with CE regulations.
