Description
Static rack pasteurizer PSC 3 for manual pasteurization of pasta. The pasteurizer is equipped with a steam chamber powered by water heated by electric resistances. The water level is constantly maintained by a small compensation tray equipped with a float. With this pasteurizer you can pasteurize all types of long, short and filled pasta such as ravioli, tortellini and cappelletti. It is equipped with 5 racks with mesh bottom for the passage of steam.
