CC365 bell-shaped packaging machine

The CC365 bell-shaped packaging machine designed for delicatessens, bars, professional kitchens or home use, allows the packaging of pasta thanks to a special accessory for working with a modified atmosphere. The CC365 bell packaging machine is complete with a 36,5 cm sealing bar, a vacuum gauge and a sensor useful for setting the percentage of vacuum in the bag or tray. The CC365 model can be customized to best align with the customer's production requests, in fact it allows the installation of a waste cutting bar, a double sealing bar or the installation of a modified atmosphere system for maintaining the flavor, shape and consistency of the foods to be packaged. The CC365 packaging machine can also be equipped with a specific program to speed up and simplify the food marinating process, an external Soft Air knob to adjust the intensity of the air return flow, an inclined plane for liquids, a WiFi card for remote diagnostics and a thermal printer for food labels. The packaging machine structure is made of stainless steel while the transparent lid is made of polycarbonate, for easy cleaning and long-lasting use.
