CC420 bell-shaped packaging machine

The CC420 bell-shaped packaging machine designed for delicatessens, supermarkets, bars, professional kitchens or home use, allows the packaging of pasta thanks to a special accessory for working with a modified atmosphere. The CC420 model is equipped with a 42 cm sealing bar, a vacuum gauge and a sensor designed to set the percentage of vacuum in the tray or bag. This bell packaging machine can be customized to best align with the customer's production needs, in fact it allows the installation of a double sealing bar, a scrap cutting bar or the installation of a modified atmosphere system for maintaining the consistency, flavor and shape of food. A program can also be installed in the CC420 packaging machine to simplify and speed up the food marinating processes, a WiFi card for remote diagnostics and an inclined plane for liquids. It is also possible to implement a second sealing bar, an external Soft Air knob to adjust the intensity of the air return flow and a thermal printer for food labels. The bell packaging machine is composed of a stainless steel structure and a transparent polycarbonate lid, for easy cleaning and long-lasting use.
