CC400 bell-shaped packaging machine

Chamber vacuum packer CC400, perfect for pasta packing thanks to the optional function of modified atmosphere which allows to keep product's shape and characteristics.
The chamber vacuum packer with the modified atmosphere accessory does not work with vacuum (which goes to crush and damage fresh pasta), but replaces the air inside the bag with a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide (usually in proportion 30%-70%) which allows a considerable increase in product shelf life.
Digital benchtop vacuum machine studied for catering sector. Provided with rounded vacuum chambers and removable sealing bars as to make them easily cleaned. Simple and immediate electronics, 18 different levels of sealing suitable for every type of bag.
