The CA250V automatic sheeter is a machine for the automatic production of 250 mm cold sheet, necessary to feed forming machines for filled pasta and automatic cutters. Complete with second electrically tipping kneading vat. The extrusion vat is equipped with a stainless steel hopper to facilitate the passage of the dough from the second vat to the extrusion vat. The lamination group is composed of a pair of stainless steel rolling cylinders and a kneading group with stainless steel rollers equipped with a new malaxer rotation system for better cleaning. The structure is entirely in stainless steel with doors that can be opened to facilitate cleaning. The output belt of the product is certified for contact with food. The main motorization is external with an inverter, the electrical panel and the control panel with the respective safety devices are built according to the current EEC standards.
