Machine for cappelletti, ravioli and tortelloni D250L

The machine for cappelletti, ravioli and tortelloni D250L is a forming machine for filled pasta with a 250mm sheet, which can be filled with meat, cheese or other. The D250L is complete with a lamination unit consisting of a pair of adjustable thickness rollers entirely in stainless steel and with high resistance tempered gear transmission. The machine consists of a filling funnel with removable reel and safety cover, auger for the filling, electrical panel with control panel complete with all the devices required by the accident prevention regulations in force. The machine is equipped with wheels with brakes to facilitate the movement of the machine and the subsequent locking. No mold is included with the machine.
