Description
Monferrina Pidue is an automatic sheeter that allows you to make a pasta sheet sheet of 168 mm wide and with a thickness that can range from 0 to 2,5 mm.
It is available in 3 versions: with single vat, with double vat or with double vat + extruder (with 4 dies and electronic cutter included). The version with extruder also allows you to produce short pasta shapes, most of which can be easily cut using the electronic cutter.
It is also possible to combine the machine with different accessories to increase the type of products that can be made; in fact, it is also possible to make ravioli (with a fixed or interchangeable mold) or gnocchi.
Pidue has an external structure in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with pasta are made in stainless steel, it is equipped with a safety button and power indicator light. It also complies with all current accident prevention regulations.
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
Automatic pasta cutter with 1 cut included: the automatic pasta cutter produces long flat pasta in different shapes depending on the type of chosen cut. The length of the cut can be adjusted by means of a timer while the width can be chosen between the sizes 1.5, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 mm for classic cuts or between 12, 18 or 24 mm for jagged edge cuts.
Ravioli Group 170mm: it allows you to prepare perfect double sheet ravioli. The Ravioli Group has a fixed mold integrated into the machine and once the production format has been chosen (20X20, 34x40, 40x50, 70x70x70 mm), this can no longer be changed unless purchasing a new Ravioli Group.
Multipasta: thanks to the interchangeable molds, it allows the production of double sheet ravioli and noodles, as well as potato gnocchi in different formats. It allows adjusting the amount of ravioli filling and the thickness of the pasta sheet for Tagliatelle.
Gnocchi Group: it allows you to produce potato or flour gnocchi in different formats, even with additional components such as tomatoes or spinach. The Gnocchi Group works with a piston that pushes the dough into a cup (which determines its size) and is suitable for processing both fresh potatoes and preparations (flours or potato flakes). It is also possible to adjust the scoring depth of the gnocchi until you obtain a smooth gnocchi.
