Description
Wooden and steel pastry cutter roller equipped with five 85 mm smooth stainless steel blades with comfortable wooden handles. This pastry cutter roller, suitable for both professional and domestic use, allows you to change the distance between the blades for up to six different cutting combinations. Two allen keys are supplied with the product which allow you to unscrew the roller rod and change the cutting widths for the production of tagliatelle, tortelloni and tortellini.
