Description
Pastry cutter roller for professional use made up of seven smooth 85 mm diameter stainless steel blades and derlin handles. The pastry cutter roller can be customized up to a maximum of eleven different cutting combinations thanks to twenty-five derlin spacers and two convenient allen keys supplied.
The pastry cutter roller includes: six 2 mm spacers, six 5 mm spacers, seven 8 mm spacers and six 20 mm spacers.
TECHNICAL DATA:
- Minimum sheet width: 2 mm
- Maximum sheet width: 150 mm
