Fresh pasta maker TR 110

The TR 110 fresh pasta machine is a machine suitable for the production of fresh pasta. Equipped with a water cooling system, in order to be able to produce for several consecutive hours, and a fan for a first drying of the pasta. Equipped with short pasta knife and with the possibility to buy the long cut pasta knife. The components in contact with the pasta are in stainless steel or bronze for food use, while the moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life type seals. On request it is possible to purchase the TR 110 INOX version, built entirely in stainless steel.
