Pasta cooker with a capacity of 8 liters of water, suitable for shops such as bars or activities that do not require to quickly cook large quantities of pasta. The machine made of stainless steel is complete with three micro-perforated baskets, equipped with a practical handle that allows the user to easily insert them into the vat. This cooker has a tap for the discharge of water and is equipped with special resistors with anti-rust treatment. The cooker has a safety thermal protection and a control thermostat, which prevents the temperature from exceeding the threshold beyond which you risk damaging the equipment. It is possible to combine with the cooker a special basket for steaming.
