Pasteurizer for pasta PSE40 electric
Description
The PSE40 electric pasteurizer for pasta allows to increase the duration of fresh pasta in a simple and fast way. It also reduces the bacterial load by heating the product for the necessary time while maintaining the right humidity, and ensures optimal management costs. The machine has a capacity that varies from 20kg/h to 40 kg/h depending on the product to be treated (for example various types of filled pasta such as ravioli, tortellini, cappelletti, but also non stuffed like potato gnocchi or orechiette). Equipped with a variable speed drive to vary the speed of the conveyor belt, the pasteurizer and the conveyor belt are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The top cover can be removed to facilitate cleaning operations. The water is heated by 3 armored resistances of 2500 W each. At the end of the conveyor belt there is a drying area with quartz lamps and a 250mm diameter fan.
