Fresh pasta machine RZ50 - La Parmigiana
Description
The RZ50 fresh pasta machine is designed for the production of short, long and puff pasta, it is suitable for laboratories, restaurant chains with centralized kitchen and supermarkets. The RZ50 press consists of a mixing vat with a 12 kg capacity, equipped with a horizontal sliding bottom that allows the product to be discharged directly into the lower vat. The two tanks are connected by the extrusion channel with a cooling system, which allows to work the dough without interruptions. The RZ50 model is equipped with removable stainless steel blades and pins that facilitate a quick cleaning of the machinery, as well as an inverter useful to adjust the speed of the extrusion vat. The RZ50 fresh pasta machine is designed for extrusion of all kinds of flours and gluten-free blends, as well as traditional soft wheat flour and semolina.
